Leah Eddie — Scottish FA — JD Performance School

This film follows the journey of Scotland international and Rangers player Leah Eddie and her development through the Scottish FA JD Performance School programme.

The performance schools were set up to support talented young players alongside their education, giving them access to high-level coaching and a clear pathway within the game.

It was a really enjoyable project to film, spending time with Leah and seeing first-hand the commitment and work that goes into trying to make it as a professional footballer. Hearing her reflect on that journey gave the film a really honest feel.

Although the programme has since come to an end, it was great to capture a small part of the impact it had and the opportunities it created for players coming through the system.
